Our story

One Eighty Collective was born out of our desire to build a brand where clients and candidates receive the same high level of service and quality experience, no matter who they work with. With nearly 20 years of combined experience in recruiting and personal development work, we both knew we could build something far more valuable than the typical boiler-room environment and high-volume approach that had been accepted in the industry for far too long.

We've designed One Eighty to be different – to create incredible experiences that reflect our values in an environment that is relationship-centric rather than transactional and collaborative rather than competitive. We're a team of people who embrace the mindset of continual improvement, care to do the right thing, and don't hide our woo.

What started as a conversation on a ski chair lift about abundance mindset grew into a partnership that has evolved over many years (and many more chair lifts) and is a testament to what you can do if you refuse to accept the status quo.
